12th Experience: 0-1 YEARS Skills:
* To provide an inbound telephone response service to members.
* To achieve all Departmental performance, productivity targetsefreshers and measures in relation to conversion, retention and acquisition rates.
* To maximise your save and sales potential to retain the optimum number of customer accountsefreshers * Support the team leader and perform delegated tasks as required.
* Flag any unusual issues/difficulties Members may be experiencing.
* Offer contributions regarding any new save and retention ideas to your team leader. * Develop a working knowledge of new services and software products as they are introduced.
* Engaging in email, whitemail, e-conferencing and call-backs as directed by the team leader. * To adhere to using all customer service support systems, technologies and tools.
* Correctly log all calls handled.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures but know when exceptions are appropriate and discuss these with your Team Leader and or Manager * Act as a first point of contact for issues and raise these to the Team Leader.
