Times Group Network website, India Times is reporting that IT Companies are gearing up for the Campus recruitment For Fresher Candidates, the recruitment number is estimated to be 250,000. This is a good news for all the new pass out candidates or those who are passing out shortly, as the process of recruiting so many candidates will definitely take time, those who are in final year or in 7th semester will benefit more from this new hiring/ Campus recruitment.
The campus recruitment will also start from those who are in 7th Semester signalling that companies are willing to recruit and wait, this maybe to search for a quality talent even before it reaches 8th semester, as the competition of recruiting in the 8th semester is even more higher. And chances of having the desired talent are also less as there are many more companies looking out for similar talent.
The news of recruiting over 250,000 candidates by IT Companies is little confusing for us as we know the situation in USA, the debt problem will make the investors vary of making any further investments in the market resulting in the loss for companies, and reducing the IT companies profit margin which will eventually put them under pressure to fire a those who are under performing. Let's wait and see if the recruitment process is going create all the job opportunity that a young Freshly passed out Engineer is always dreaming about, getting into an MNC is a dream for a final year student.
