Job Description To facilitate the provision of Service Delivery Reporting support to the Management organization Ensure that the SD Measurements & Reports Operational Process and Service specific report creation work instructions are adhered to in all reporting tasks Support competency wide end-to-end process improvement initiatives and propose new improvement initiatives Ensure that Customer
Satisfaction is a key priority for the Customer Reporting Team Ensure High Quality, Timeliness & Accuracy of all Reports Ensure achievement of functional Key Performance Indicator targets Drive proactive quality improvement Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as agreed with customers. Desired Profile

ITIL certified,IT Savvy, Basic Networking Concepts, Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, Basic Hardware Knowledge. Good - Communication Skills, Documentation Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Comprehension Skills, Negotiation Skills. Prepared to work in 24/7 environment.
