Job Description

- Monitor various components of the customer's global network
- Manage operations from offshore, tracking the equipment status and resolving the issues raised.
- Manage global employee VPN connection and voice issues
- Set up mechanisms in place to monitor alarms that are raised
- Analysis and classification as Critical, Major, Minor, Normal
- If an alarm warrants action, ticket is created in < 3 minutes
- Basic diagnostics of all WAN link issues
- Basic diagnostics of all server and network equipment alarms

1. Should have done a course in Networking (CCNA/MCSA)
2. Should have good communication skills .
3. Should have good attitude and be a fast learner.
4. Should have enough maturity to handle critical situations
5. Ready to work for the different time shifts.
