Job Description
* Possess Good Knowledge on TCP/IP LAN-Networking & Desktop Hardware Software Installation & Troubleshooting Skills.
* Installation, Repairs & troubleshooting of IT related Hardware products ranging from all kinds of Intel Desktops, Laptops and Servers.
* Installation & troubleshooting of MS Windows Xp/2000 Prof / MS applications / Antivirus solutions / Windows patch update


Desired Profile
Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Servers Active Directory /Hardware Raid / Switches and Router installation and maintenance & ability to troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN related problems will be added advantage.
