Job Description Job Title : Technical Writer

Employment Type :  Intern (On contract for 6 months)

Experience :  0-1 Year

Education  Background : Graduate/Post Graduate (Freshers considered)

Requirements :

1) The intern is expected to understand software products and upgrade/maintain product documents such as Release Notes, Installation Guide, Implementation Guide, Online Help etc,.
2) Should be willing to learn and follow the company processes in obtaining information and articulating the same, as per the requirements stipulated by the product managers.
3) Should retain the capability to switch between products at short notice, as the intern is expected to document multiple products, though not concurrently.
4) The intern is expected to possess strong proven/demonstrable oral and written english language skills.
5) The intern should retain capabilites to grasp complex solutions, addressing complex problems, being solved within the products.

Knowledge of Tools : Adobe Framemaker (Must), Webworks Publisher (Nice to Have)
