Designation Component Development Engineer Job Description In this position, you will be responsible for post-silicon validation of integrated graphics and memory controller chips in a system. You will be writing tests, in an automated fashion, using internal tools to validate the Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) component. You will then be debugging any failures to the tests, silicon or other parts of the system. Desired Profile You must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering. You must also have good knowledge of the basic building blocks of a computer system. In addition, you must have good problem-solving skills and good communication skills. Knowledge of C/C++ would be an added advantage.
