Designation     Systems Analyst

Job Description    In this position, you will be a member of the Greater Asia Region (GAR) based Systems Analysts (SA) pool in Supply Network Capability part of Information Services and Technology Group (ISTG) organization. You will be assigned to drive the SA needs for the Forecast and Planning (F&P) group needs, primarily in data integration and/or quality issue resolution and business process changes in meeting edge to edge program support needs when in production. You will be responsible to work in multi organization and multisite project teams, drive application and/or data integration in support of Assembly and Test Manufacturing (ATM) and Flash, Handheld Products Group (HPG), Chipset and Commodity factory needs. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into technical specifications

* Working closely with application developers

* Serving as liaison between the customer and project team

* Providing level three support

* Driving issues resolution

* Be involved in stakeholder management

Desired Profile    You should possess a relevant technical degree (preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management) with a thorough understanding of business processes and the system functionality to design improved business processes and transactions, support data quality and/or integration needs and perform any required configuration changes to the system. Additional qualifications include:

* Experience in stakeholder management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Program Life Cycle (PLC) process

* Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)

* APICS certification and exposure to industry benchmarking and/or standards would be an added advantage

* Knowledge and experience in Assembly and Test Manufacturing (ATM) planning business process or factory automation would be an added advantage
