Job Description
If surfing the web and researching for consumer electronics are your forte, you have come to the right place. As part of the Solutions Group, you will research and monitor the developments in various categories of consumer electronics like Gaming, MP3 players and cell phones to only name a few. You will identify new products in each of these categories, research the web for solutions to the most common issues associated with them, and participate in online community forums. You will also mentor team members in research activities, prepare documentation, and do quality checks from time to time.

Typically you must have at least a years experience in research and data analysis and be able to communicate complex concepts in a simple and intuitive way.

Requirements

* 0 - 2 years of experience in the research and data analysis, preferably in Consumer Electronics
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Able to clearly communicate and articulate your thoughts.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Passion for consumer electronics as shown by obsession with electronic gadgets and the like, are a big plus.
* Should be Internet savvy - as shown by use of various modes of engagement with the Internet, such as forums, blogs, interaction with online information sources.
* MS Office skills essential
* Prior customer support experience preferable but not essential.

Qualification:
Graduate/post graduate in any degree, preferably Mass Communications.
