Job Description
* Addressing Customer Support Queries
* Handling Support Calls
* Conducting Product Training sessions to customers
* Capability to conduct Product Demos

Desired Profile
* BE / MCA.
* Certified Lotus Notes Professional Mandatory
* Basic Lotus Notes Skills with good knowledge in Trouble-shooting and Debugging
* Good exposure to Notes Applications
* Exposure to web applications

* Should be willing to work in US shift timings (5.00 pm to 2.00 am IST)
