1. BE/BTech/MCA degree in CS/CSE/IT.
2. Sound Interest in Software Product Life Cycle processes.
3. Good knowledge in the field of software engineering more precisely Software Engineering Metrics.
4. Fundamental knowledge of CMM/CMMI processes.
5. Good analytical ability with sound verbal and written communication skill.
