Position Vacant Engineering Tech Support / QA Engineer

Job Description Provide telephone and electronic support to customers (primarily Japanese)
Research issues and reproduce reported behavior
Work effectively with offshore teams, coordinating issue resolution and customer communication
Testing internal products Desired Profile

E-mail & Internet skills are required. Working knowledge of OS (Windows 2k, 2003, & XP) is required.
Japanese communications (technical and business) skills are a plus
Excellent written & verbal communication is a must.
Mumbai based candidate.
