Name of the Project:"Gene mining for important agronomically traits related to plant growth, development and stress condition".

Sponsor of the Project:CSIR

Name of the PI/Co-PI:Dr. Samir Kumar Dutta

Qualification required:M.Sc or equivalent with at least 55% marks in Life Science.

Desirable Experience:Candidates who have research experience in gene manipulation and expression in bacteria and plants related with stress condition will be preferred.

Age Limit:28 Years

Stipend:Rs.16,000/- p.m. + HRA as per admissible.

Terms & Conditions:The engagement is purely temporary and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC / ST / OBC / PH and women candidates as per rules. Interested and eligible candidates fulfilling all the above conditions may appear for the walk-in-interview with photocopy of all testimonials (attested) and one copy of passport size photograph, to be held on 04-12-2012 from 2.30 p.m. in the Red Carpet Room.
