TalentBridge is conducting recruitment for Wipro Technologies for the post of Technical Support

Expected Responsibilities in brief     The role lies within our Technology Infrastructure Business which involves dealing with our clients (internal and external)and provide all the backend technological support and solutions. The resource needs to be flexible in work timings given that it will involve late evening or early morning shifts since this involves engaging with clients outside india.Need to have good communication skills both written and oral. Most importantantly this is not a call centre job .These positions are open in WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES and NOT IN WIPRO BPO.

Expected CTC:
Monthly: 13,500 INR for candidates having 0 to 12 months experience.
Monthly : 15,800 INR for candidates having 12+ month of experience.

Date of Joining: Joining location is in Hyderabad and Pune.First batch of joining will commence on 27th Feb 2012 followed by 26th March 2012 as the last date of joining.

Selection Procedure: Based on uploaded voice sample, candidates will be shortlisted for below rounds.

Technical Test,3 sections with 20 Question in each section. (English language, Verbal Analytics and Basic Technological section.) 60 mins duration.

• HR Interview.
• Final Voice interview
