An overview of the position requirement is below: 

Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for implementation, installation and deployment of enterprise network infrastructure on a global scale. 
- Responsible for enterprise network operations for the global network which includes both LAN and WAN. 
- Troubleshooting and resolving a network issue which involves interfacing with service providers and vendors as well. 
- Responsible for updating Technical Asset Inventory Tracking system 
- Responsible for production cut over planning and implementation coordination 

KRAs:- 
- Resolving network trouble tickets within SLA timelines 
- Documenting known problems and failure analysis documents 
- Ensuring network and telecom asset inventory are kept current 
- Deploying systems in accordance with architected solution 
- Responsible for installing network infrastructure in accordance with organizational policies and procedures such as Change Control Board and System Installation Checklists 
- Responsible for all documentation related to Infrastructure implementation 

Qualifications:- 
- B.E / Diploma in Electronics 
- Minimum 4 years working with Cisco Routers and Switches and expertise in Cisco Switching and Routing mandatory 
- Experience in Telco provisioning - HDLC, Frame Relay, ATM and MPLS. 
- Should be a good team player and work with minimal supervision. CCNA certification mandatory. CCNP preferred. Willingness to work in 24*7 shift on a rotational basis.
