They should mention the aggregate of marks obtained by them from first to pre final semester/year. However they shall be considered for appointment only if they obtain the re quisite percentage of marks and submit the final year/semester marksheet at the time of interview, if declared successful in the written test. Candidates having higher/ additional Qualifications can also apply provided they fulfill basic/essential qualification for the post applied for. 4) Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules shall be considered for the candidates of SC / ST/ OBC (Non creamy layer only) categories and Widow / Divorcee lady candidates / Ex Servicemen. Candidates holding Green Card (on account of family planning) will be entitled for two years relaxation in upper age limit. However, in any circumstances total relaxation in age shall be limited to a maximum of five years only. SELECTION PROCESS: The eligible candidates will have to undertake a written test comprising of questions in related discipline, Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge, quantitative aptitude, etc. at test centers in Jabalpur, Indore, Bhopal and Gwalior. The written test is scheduled to be held in the month of November / December 2008. The number of cities / centers for written test and the date of written test may change on the discretion of MPPGCL. Candidates have to fil l two preferences for Test Cit ies and no request for change, in any circumstances, will be considered subsequently.
