Position :- HR and Senior HR Recruiter - NON IT

Desired Candidate Profile

-Should have excellent command over English with a Pleasing Personality.
-Should be Well Versed with the various Recruitment Tools.
-Experience in Non IT recruitment and Executive Search preferred
-Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel) Must*

-Min of 2 years experience in recruitment

-Should be a individual player

Job Description

* Handling end to end recruitment activities i.e, sourcing of CVs, scheduling of intyerviews, screening of CVs

* Telephonic interviews

* Coordinating with candidates and clients

* Follow-up with candidates for final placement

* Negotiating with candidates on salaries.

* Meeting clients if required .

* Extensive usage of job portals like Naukri, Monster and Shine etc.

* Maintaing trackers for clients
