Job Description He/she would be a heading all members of the core team comprising Human Resource, Industrial Relation, Business Excellence, Corporate Planning etc. Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing and controlling multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve business objectives.
Understanding annual business plans and assumes an active role in supporting the achievement of plan goals.
Ensuring timely launch of new products and tracking their performances in the market.
Cost Management of the Business Development function.
Tracking new Developments in the line of Business and Technology.
Monitoring quality of implementation of all people processes like PMS, Talent management, and Moral keeping.
Anticipating and recognizing problems, assessing alternatives and recommending solutions, which aim to provide integrated total solutions.
