Job Description The Assistant Manager for GSDC India is an IBM Regular employee resource provided by the India service provider.
The Assistant Manager will interact with the IBM India Business Controller and other IBM contacts.
The Assistant Manager (AM) will be the first line manager for his team. The AM will be responsible for the performance of his assigned team on the SLAs committed for the account and all the Human Resource related needs for the team.
This person is an employee of the India service provider and will be required to have full presence at the India location in order to manage various business controls.
This person is likely the manager of record (i.e., in Blue Pages) for the Bangalore CSRs, Subject Matter Expert(s).
Overall 4.5 to 5.00 years experience with atleast 2.00 to 3.00 years as a people manager in the current role
Experience in a service support/service delivery will be an added advantage
Candidates should have experience in IT (Tier 1)/ITES /MNC's
