Job Post Details
Job Description  The Agent’s primary job function is assist customers via phone or email, and verify customer shipments, and handle customer queries/complaints regarding order status placements, availability, pricing, delivery, replacement, cancellation, refunds. 
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position: 
Assist Customers via phone or email 
Co-ordinate with Logistics team/merchandisers. 
Schedule return product pickups 
File tracers for missing shipments 
Complaints to be escalated to Team Lead.
