Job Location : Goregaon
Education : Should be Graduate or Diploma {3 year}
Role:
  • Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users.
  • Providing IT assistance it includes application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Configuring Lotus Note or Out look.
  • Knowledge on Server.
  • Providing Level 1 Support to Users.
  • 24/7 Support.
  • Response & closure of calls within committed norms.
