Job Description:
  • Responsible for handling customer service calls and abide by the prescribed norms.
  • Maintain high level of expertise in soft-skills and phone etiquette skills
  • Achieve key metrics and targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all consumer requests.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible to work in any shift.
  • Must possess written communications skills.
  • Should have a working knowledge of computers.
  • Keyboarding Skill (WPM –25) Accuracy (85%)
  • Works accurately with an eye for detail
  • Has a pleasant, friendly approach
