Job Description	TL's Minimum 4 years of prior experience of Medical Billing & AR follow-ups of US Healthcare industry. Exposure to all Federal & Non Federal US Insurance companies. Handle a team of 10-15 Sr. Associates/Associates and monitor their performance. Monitor the overall follow-ups and updation of status of follow-ups on the claims submitted and continously imrove upon. Provide trainings to the new joinees. Sr. Associates / Associates Good English Coomunication Skills both written and verbal. Sound Knowledge of US Healthcare Industry. Min. 6 month exp. in Checking Claims Status submitted by the clientproviders in US by directcalling or through websites of US Insurance Companies.
