This role broadly comprises of three aspects: strategizing, communication, and coordination. You will be working independently to handle all these three aspects.

Strategizing:

• Map potential and high-value clients.
• Analyze and suggest service improvements
• Formulate strategies for international marketing
• Identify, innovate and create new opportunities for growth based on clients interaction .

• Manage continuous communication with international clients (Corporate/Individual)
• Constant interaction with native Japanese colleagues
• Understand client requirements and take appropriate actions thereafter
• Coordination with the editing, translation, and transcription teams to meet timely delivery schedules
• Direct involvement in company's client relationship management and client retention programs.
