Job Description 1.Answering customer queries,
2.Doing research and analysis in order to resolve customer issues.
3.Following processes, service guidelines while handling transactions.
4.Customer satisfaction.
5.Day to Day operation and providing MRC services as per the contractual SLA.
6.Co-ordinate with the SME's to troubleshoot any problem.
7.Assist in Generating operational reports, MIS

All positions are based in Gurgaon. Cars pick up and drop and food is provided for all employees.
