1. Will have to do substantial product-related research in the ERP segment
2. ERP product benchmarking for identifying the best practices and product enhancements
3. Work on eXensys ERP product re-engineering, usability & standardization
4. Requirements analysis involving business process analysis, impact analysis, identifying fuctional test scenarios for product enhancements - need to apply UMLUse case analysisrational tools etc.
5. Consulting support for product implementations in a client facing role or offshore - requirements gathering, proposed solutions, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications documents.
