Job Description Walk-in to our office with your updated CV from 6th May to15th MAY 2008 Between 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM.

Experience: 3 months to 2 yrs in IT Recruitment



Candidates should have good exposure in IT recruitment life cycle.
1. Working closely with the Hiring Managers to understand their resource requirements from time to time
2 . The Candidate would be responsible for resourcing, submitting resumes on assigned requirements.
3. Sourcing profiles from various means like Job portals, Advertising, Referrals, Headhunting, personal network.
4. Interacting with the candidates to ensure the interest and suitability of the candidate for the requirement.
5. Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates
6. Coordinating with client and candidate for scheduling interview
7.Negotiate with the candidates regarding Salary and Joining Time.
8. Follow up for closures.

6. Responsible for searching for profiles and identifying requirements.
7. Knowledge in Recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
8. Willing to learn new skills adopting effective processes and procedures.
9. Ability to deal with people diplomatically, Team facilitator.
10.Strong Internet and Ms-Office Skills
11. Long-Time Commitment with the Company. We prefer candidates who stay near by JP NAGAR., ie....Jayanagar,BTM, Koramangala, Bannergata.Banashankari etc
