The candidate would be a key member of the Finance Operations team with responsibility to perform the controlling functions of the Credit Control team.
To handle allocation of broker accounts, lapsing of policies, chasing of accounts via telephone or letters or faxes.
Proactive chasing would be required to ensure reduction in debt level.

BCom/MCom freshers with clear understanding of insurance principles and excellent probing skills can also apply.

Desired Profile
Proactive management of brokers accounts to ensure they operate within their credit terms which includes receiving payments from brokers and allocating it accordingly to respective policies.
Lapsing policies after necessary checks.
Query investigation on broker accounts.
Raise queries with underwriters and call brokers with resolutions and sort out issues.
Chase, call, discuss with brokers and clear outstanding entries
Send letters and keep records of respective brokers performance in reference to payments.
Take incoming calls from brokers and deal with their queries and inquiries.
