Engaged in the active search for assigned industry verticals.
Analyzing client's requirements for different positions.
Engaged in active search involving database search, search using various job portals as well as Head Hunting.
Taking prelim telephonic interviews, short- listing the potential candidates.
Scheduling the final interviews with the clients.
Follow-up with the clients & the candidates for the same & achieving the set hiring targets & thereby contributing to the company's bottomline.
Involved in Database building and MIS reporting.
Involved in new business development.

Desired Profile
An ideal candidate would be a person who aspires to build a career in recruitment and needs a solid foundation for the same.
Experience: - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Good at Headhunting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
Excellent Analytical Skills and assessment capability.
Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure.
Interest in collating movements of the Industry.
Aptitude for Learning.
Ready to accept a highly challenging Job.
Can channelize work pressure into better performance.
