Job Description The individual will be responsible for leading process automation initiatives for the internal processes of the organization.

The work involves identification of processes that contribute to operational inefficiencies. He/She will be responsible for designing an optimal process through engaging stakeholders and finally, architecting the technical solution for the same. The work will also involve close interactions with software development vendors and will require project management skills.

Desired Profile

Should have an understanding of IT systems. Formal training on IT systems as part of graduation or a diploma course will be preferred.
Should be an MBA preferably from a tier-2 business school.
