Job Description
An exciting position with PBC is now available to recruit IT, Engineering and Finance professionals for the US market. You will use job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) & free professional groups to search for suitable candidates. You will release advertisements in various job boards, mine resumes, and prepare a hotlist of candidates for easy sourcing. Hours of work: 12 noon to 9:00pm
 
Desired Profile
1) Must have excellent communication (Written & oral) and presentation skills in English.
2) Experience and good knowledge in Technical recruitment process.
3) Good Internet & search skills
4) At least 6 months of experience in an IT Consulting and Staffing business, handling all aspects of recruiting.

Responsibilities include (not limited to)-
* Achieve recruitment targets.
* Responsible for supporting the Onsite Senior Recruiters/Clients in US in identifying and sourcing potential IT, Engineering, Finance professionals for placement on Contract/Permanent basis with the end client.
* Posting of job openings on job portals.
* Searching job portals for suitable profiles.
* Identifying and sourcing potential candidates in the US market.
* Preliminary screening of candidates (via email and telephone) to ensure that they meet clients' requirements and have the required technical skills.
* Conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background
investigations, when required.
* Formatting Resumes for Client submission upon approval.
* Assist Onsite recruiters with other tasks as necessary.
