? Review and understand technical requirements from the client and conduct top-notch talent searches in IT industry. ? Practice and enhance skills for sourcing passive candidates (headhunting, database reactivation etc.).

? Utilize Job portals and various platforms such as Job boards, Google/Yahoo groups, Alumni groups and online networking tools.

? Actively work on job requisition from existing clients/employers and assist clients at different stages of recruitment life cycle.
