Eligibility: BE/B.Tech(Mech/ ECE/ EEE/ Prdn/ CSE/ Metallurgy/ Aeronautic)

HAL is currently looking for bright Engineering Graduates appointment for its various Division/ R&D Centres/ Officers as:

Management Trainees (MTs)/ Design Trainees (DTs): 400 Posts (approx.)

Eligibility: Graduate in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Production/Computer Science/ Metallurgy/ Aeronautic Branches of Engineering from any recognized Institution/University.

List of eligible Branches of Engineering will be indicated in the detailed advertisement which will be hosted on the HAL Website. General/ OBC candidates should have secured 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks. in the aggregate (average of marks scored for all the Semesters/ Years) Or corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations in their Engineering Degree Examinations. Engineering Graduates in the Aeronautical Branch with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General/OBC) and 50% for SC/ST would be eligible to apply.

Emoluments: The emoluments during the training period of one year would be approx be Rs. 14, 200/-p.m. Besides, CCA&HRA/Bachelor's Accommodation would also be admissible. depending upon the place of training. Candidate who successfully complete the training will be absorbed at the minimum of the Scale of Pay of Rs. 8600-250-14600 (Grade-II) (Pay Scales are due for revision w.e.f. 01.01.07).

The last date for submission of application will be indicated in the website. Application Fee Rs. 200/- (non refundable) (wherever applicable), in the form of Demand Draft, should be sent to the Chief Manager (Recruitment), HAL Corporate Office, 15/1, Cubbon Road, P.B. No. 5150, Bangalore - 560 001. The envelope should be superscribed as 'Demand Draft for the post of Management/ Design Trainees' in BOLD LETTERS.
