Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for rendering service to the clients via Email, Chat, Voice process
Accountable for giving customer service duties linked with customer contacts/inquires
Accountable for logging cases handle customers’ needs to the system
Accountable for escalating grievances and registering customers’ information
Escalate to appropriate departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed
Stick to our Client’s defined quality norms
Maintain on-going client relationships
Strong customer service skills to ensure total customer satisfaction
Program-specific software / Hardware usage
Good pronunciation and has a neutral accent, love the customer service industry
Good knowledge on Android phones, Router, and Switches.
Good troubleshooting power

Key Skills
Any Degree, * Diploma and above
Required Experience and Qualifications
