Commercial Manager (DGM/GM)

Department Finance


Primary Roles Accountabilities

• Managing Plant Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting Forecasting of the unit.
• Ensuring Financial Controls are in place, Monitoring financial performance of the unit.
• Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets Financial reports to the senior management at Head Office.
• Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the unit.
• Liasioning with Govt. officials if required
• Manpower Planning, Management, Performance Management, Coaching Mentoring to the team will also be a key responsibility.

Skill set required
 

• Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liasioning.
• General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio.
• Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills Leadership Skills.
• Experience Exposure of International assignments is desirable for the profile.
