We have 10 openings for a Chat Support Desk coordinator and below are the details for the Job Role.
Candidate should have his own Computer or Laptop, Internet connectivity & Headset or earphones.

Providing chat support is entirely different from communicating with customers over calls. Hence we look following set of skills for chat support team.
Should have excellent written communication skills - Ability to respond in highly fast paced environment.
Should do Smart , Intelligent and Quick response handling by understanding the intent and not exactly the words. Understanding the vocal tone / Phrases and trigger points
Ability to engage proactively - should know how to drive a conversation in a positive and upbeat manner.
Multitask Effectively - Chat is always a dynamic work scenario , working on multiple chats and different issues simultaneously, needs high level of focus and attention.
Should be well versed with Technology and working to multiple applications - Chat application / DMS / Website etc
Ability to respond realtime without script - lead the conversation by quick understanding and thinking and creating the best responses to customers.
Should posses good typing speed ~ 20-35 WPM.
Job Type: Full Time (8-8.5 Hours shift
