Shift: Rotational

Salary: - 15k to 25K in hand per month + Performance-based Incentive Day Shift & Night Shift

Responsibilities and Duties To handle the Customer Queries Via Call / E-mail To Provide the Information related to Product and services to the customer To answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails. To Maintain and record the Interaction with the customer To follow up customer calls where necessary To Work With the team and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Developing a successful professional relationship with customers across the globe as we provide services across different countries Duties and responsibilities can be modified as per the requirement of the process so the candidate needs to be adaptable to such situations Key Skills Bpo, International Bpo, Customer Support, Ecommerce, Inbound, communication skill, Customer Support Executive, US Process

Required Experience and Qualification: - Any Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International BPO. Freshers can also apply with excellent communication skills

Experience: - 0-5 Years International KPO/BPO Experience work
