V Manpower Management is looking for Inside Sales/ Sales Support/ Billing Executive
- Candidate with an experience in the distribution of Electronic components/ Semiconductors & similar industry.
- Generating maximum business by cross selling and up selling.
- Creating new customers through online search, references, tenders and cold calls.
- Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical consulting, negotiation and closure to payment collection.
- Coordinating with company CEOs, R&D staff and purchase team to establish business relations.
- Understanding customer needs and explaining features and benefits of suitable components/products.
- Provide technical support services, over the telephone and via e-mail for Electronics products
- Contribute to improve sales. Improve efficiency by providing support.
- Customers application or requirement needs, create quotes, enter orders, online chat and provide post sales technical support.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Create and maintain a database of target organization in the assigned market Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Continuously improve through feedback attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results The ability to hande customers efficiently Possess excellent English communication skills
