Skills set: -Windows Server, Hyper V, o365 -Azure(must have), Azure certified will have an added advantage Responsibilities: 1.Will be required to provide both on- site and remote support for UK based client. 2.Manage the entire support process for your tickets and projects. ITIL process and certification will be an added advantage. 3.Must display a strong sense of ownership for all issues assigned, with the objective of either resolving or closing ticket, or escalating the work order and notifying the manager of the department. 4.To provide 2nd and 3rd level network support to our customers. This will include, but not be limited to: Servers, PC's, Firewalls, Switches, Network Connectivity, Security, VoIP, Router, Cisco, and more.
