Overview


Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing and operations for training delivery
Should possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to analyze data, report and present information
Ability to provide multichannel support by telephone, email and live chat
Support other team members to ensure trainings are on par with industry standards
Should possess excellent communication skills
Experience of working for a company that conducts professional certification trainings will be an added advantage
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the training and development function from a non-technical perspective (venue, materials, print outs, attendance and certificates)
Taking complete charge of designing training manuals
Managing the shared mailbox for Global Support team by handling user requests, trainer queries and reporting
Assist sales team with general enquiries about certifications, courses and exams
Manual sourcing of qualified trainers to conduct trainings across the globe
Liaise with trainers and coordinate with training venue partners
Allocate trainers to the courses based on the availability and certifications
Gathering feedback from the participants about the training and the trainer
