Overview

Position: Plant Coordinator
Location: Ludhiana
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 4-5 years as a coordinator in manufacturing industry
Job Profile: 
1. Record Keeping, handling & maintaining the expenses of the plant, both external and internal
2. Maintaining daily expense, cash management of the whole plant
3. Responsible for the release of the contractor payment approved by Installation Incharge
4. Timely approval of TA/DA of self and team and submit to HO within TAT
5. Provide the details of Sales Bill from the respective employee to HO
6. Prepare and coordinate the dispatch schedule by taking information from the Production, Sales and Civil employees
7. Team grievances to be addressed and coordinate with HR to resolve the same. Ensure smooth Working in Transportation of Incoming and Outgoing Material. Responsible for the preparation of all the dispatch documents. Ensure that every member in the plant submit their DAR to their immediate manager
