Overview

Required Skills: client onboarding, verbal communication, go, strategy, adoption.

Responsibilities:
Own overall relationship with assigned clients , which include: Client Onboarding , Increasing adoption , ensuring retention , and satisfaction.
Establish a trusted / strategic adviser relationship with each assigned client and drive the continued value of our product.
Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
Work with clients , aid the customer in achieving their goals.
Work to identify and / or develop upsell opportunities.
Advocate customer needs / issues cross - departmentally.
Requirements:
Cheerful , Optimistic go - getters
Learn - ability is more valued than skill set.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Self - starter and a good team player.
Eager to learnt and execute the new processes for us.
You want to help and provide the support to our customers.
