Spices Board proposes to select Spices Extension Trainees exclusively for SC & ST candidates for training in Boards offices at Karntaka through a walkintest.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture / Horticulture) or B.Sc (Botany/Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Forestry) with working knowledge in computer.
No of Trainees required: 05
Eligibility: 1) The upper age limit should not exceed 35 years as on 01.10.2020.
2)Those who are trained/ undergoing training in any of the departments of the Spices Board are not eligible to apply.
Tenure: Up to one year initially and which may be extended for one more year.
Stipend: Rs.17,000/ per month. In case of travel to spices field, TA will be paid as per rules
Leave eligibility: 1 day per month
The Spices Board is the Indian government regulatory and export promotion agency for Indian spices. The board is headquartered in Kochi. AG Thankappan is the current chairman of Spices Board.
