Airports Authority of India (AAI) Junior Executive (ATC) 2026

Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Miniratna Category-1 Public Sector Enterprise, invites online applications for recruitment of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) across operational airports throughout India.

Cadre & Pay Scale:

Cadre: Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) - Group B Executive.
Total Vacancies: 490 (UR: 200, EWS: 48, OBC-NCL: 132, SC: 73, ST: 37).
Pay Scale: E-1 Scale (₹40,000 - 3% - ₹1,40,000). Total approximate CTC per annum is approximately ₹14.5 Lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Full-time Regular Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics OR Full-time Regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (any discipline, with Physics and Mathematics studied in any one of the semesters).
Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
Candidate must have passed English as a subject in 10th or 12th standard with proficiency in spoken and written English.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of the application cut-off date (Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC).

Exam Structure (No Negative Marking):

The Computer Based Test (CBT) consists of two parts (120 questions, 120 minutes): Part A (English 20, Reasoning 15, General Aptitude 15, General Knowledge 10) and Part B (Physics 30, Mathematics 30). Voice Test, Psychoactive Substance Test, and Medical Examination are conducted for shortlisted candidates.
