BEL Navratna Defence PSU: Probationary Engineer Recruitment 2026
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a premier Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications from young, ambitious engineering professionals for recruitment as Probationary Engineer (PE) in its Strategic Business Units (SBUs) across India.
Discipline-Wise Vacancies:
- Electronics Engineering: 135 Posts (Radars, Sonars, Avionics & Electronic Warfare).
- Mechanical Engineering: 75 Posts (Opto-Electronics, Naval Systems & Weapon Enclosures).
- Computer Science / Information Technology: 50 Posts (Tactical Software, Cyber Defense & C4I Systems).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering from AICTE/UGC approved institutions with First Class for General/EWS/OBC and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Age Limit: 25 years as of 1st November. Relaxations: SC/ST (5 yrs), OBC (3 yrs), PwBD (10 yrs).
- Selection Process: Computer-based Written Test (85% weightage) assessing General Aptitude & Technical Competence, followed by Interview (15% weightage) for shortlisted candidates.
