Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026
Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed Miniratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, is the largest shipbuilding and maintenance facility in India. CSL invites applications from fresh graduate engineers for appointment as Executive Trainees.
Cadres Recruited:
- Naval Architecture: Ship hull design, hydrodynamics, structure calculations, and trials.
- Mechanical: Marine engineering systems, propulsion, auxiliary machinery, HVAC.
- Electrical & Electronics: Power generation, distribution, automation, radar, navigation systems.
- Civil: Dry dock maintenance, marine infrastructure, quayside civil development.
Eligibility & Selection:
- Education: Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
- Age: Maximum 27 years as of 1st November.
- Selection: Phase-I Online Computer Based Test (General & Technical sections); Phase-II Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Writing Skills assessment.
