Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Trainee Recruitment 2026

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a premier aeronautical engineering Navratna CPSE, invites applications from fresh engineering graduates for appointment as Management Trainee (Technical) and Design Trainee in its R&D centres and manufacturing divisions involved in LCA Tejas, ALH Dhruv, LCH Prachand, and aircraft engines.

Cadres Recruited:

Design Trainee (DT): Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science.
Management Trainee (Technical): Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Electronics, Metallurgy.
Total Vacancies: 185 Posts across HAL Complexes.

Selection & Training:

Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology with minimum 65% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST).
Age Limit: 28 years as of closing date.
Selection: All India Computer Based Online Test (Part I: General Awareness; Part II: English & Reasoning; Part III: Engineering Discipline).
