Role Overview: Machine Lea ing Research Engineer
Apex IT Staffing is sourcing senior and fresher Machine Lea ing talent for an enterprise AI product lab developing autonomous document extraction and agentic customer support workflows.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama 3, Mistral) using LoRA / QLoRA and PEFT libraries.
- Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone / Qdrant).
- Proficiency in PyTorch, Python, Hugging Face ecosystem, and model deployment on AWS SageMaker / Triton Inference Server.
