NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 (DAE Enterprise)

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a premier Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India, invites bright and dynamic engineering graduates to join as Executive Trainees (ET) in Nuclear Power Stations and Headquarters.

Vacancies & Disciplines:

Disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, and Civil Engineering.
Total Posts: 400 Executive Trainees.
Training Period: One-year specialized orientation course at Nuclear Training Centres (BARC / NPCIL Training Schools).

Remuneration & Perquisites:

During Training: Monthly stipend of ₹68,000 + one-time book allowance of ₹18,000.
On Appointment: Absorbed as Scientific Officer 'C' in Level 10 of 7th CPC (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500) with DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Site Location Allowance, Professional Update Allowance, and Township accommodation. Annual CTC exceeds ₹16.5 Lakhs.

Eligibility & Selection:

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) with minimum 60% aggregate marks in the relevant discipline.
Age Limit: General/EWS: 26 years; OBC: 29 years; SC/ST: 31 years.
Selection: Shortlisting based on valid GATE score or Written Online Test followed by Personal Interview.
