SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2026
The Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CHSL for filling 3,700+ vacancies of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Data Entry Operator (DEO) in various Ministries, Constitutional Bodies, and Tribunals across India.
Essential Qualifications & Age Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. For DEO Grade 'A' in CAG/MoC: 12th pass in Science stream with Mathematics.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories.
Tier-wise Structure:
- Tier-I (CBT): 100 Questions / 200 Marks (English, Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness).
- Tier-II: Objective mathematical, reasoning, English comprehension, and General Awareness modules plus mandatory Skill Test / Typing Speed Test.
